Reporting Timeline

  1. Any issue such as damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Mandatory Proof (Important)

  • To process any claim, the following is required:
  • Unboxing video (mandatory) showing sealed package being opened.
  • Clear images/videos of the issue.
  • Images of:
    1. Product.
    2. Mono-carton (individual product box).
    3. Outer shipping box.
  • Note: Without proper unboxing video and images, requests will not be processed.

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
  1. Product received is damaged or broken.
  2. Wrong product delivered.
  3. Product is missing from the order.
  4. Manufacturing defect.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
  1. Product is used, swatched, or damaged after delivery.
  2. No unboxing video provided.
  3. Request raised after 48 hours.
  4. Minor packaging damage (without product damage).
  5. Shade/color variation due to screen differences.
  6. Change of mind / dislike of product.

Replacement Policy

  1. In case of valid claims, replacement will be provided (subject to stock availability).
  2. Reverse pickup will be arranged if required.
  3. Replacement will be processed within 48 hours after product is received and verified.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are only issued if replacement is not available.
  2. Refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  1. Product must be returned in original packaging with all components.
  2. Items must be unused and in sellable condition.
  3. All freebies (if any) must be returned along with the product.

Important Instructions

  1. Do not accept tampered or damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  2. Ensure proper unboxing video recording without cuts.
  3. Each order is eligible for one-time replacement only.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
